Here in Derbyshire, it might not be possible to grow tea (camellia sinensis) or coffee (coffea arabica) but we can to grow many leaves, flowers, seeds and roots that make delicious drinks with beneficial properties. In fact some of these plants have been used in drinks here for a thousand years!
